iWebcamera requires an iPhone with at least iPhone OS 4.0, a computer connected to the same network as the iPhone and the installation of the drivers.

Limitations (Apple OS X):
- Unfortunately Apple iChat and Apple Photobooth are not support due to restrictions in those apps. Every other app works fine (Skype, Yahoo, Chatroulette etc.)

This app is perfect for Chatroulette if your computer does not have a webcam! There is hardly any lag and it has great resolution! This is a must!
Great App but still room for improvements. It supports most web cam based programs, but not all (ie video editing programs). The latency in some programs is pretty substantial but on most mainstream programs (Skype Google Hangout) theres no noticeable latency. I wish they would add a front camera option. That alone would make it 5 stars.
I was looking for an app to use with screenflow for mac, this app works flawlessy. For optimal performance you must use a 5GHz wireless network.
This app works perfectly! The only fault I see is that theres lag, and that cant be helped (cuz its wireless, after all, so it uses Internet).
I bought this app with high hopes. It certainly works and I dont regret buying it for one second. However it does have some downsides. And I personally think this app could have a much better description. I bought it to try and use my iPhone 5 camera with Wirecast; a multi camera video broadcast/streaming program. iWebcamera has not updated their camera resolution to match that of iPhone 5 and up hardware. The camera currently connects at 4:3... Not 16:9. The resolution is 320x240. Which is QVGA quality. Folks reading this review I hope you understand how small 320x240 is... I believe its less than half a megapixel. This app beautifully takes your 2010+ hardware back to the year 2003. This needs an overhaul badly. Also its streaming over wifi is slightly delayed, which is expected and understandable... And is around 15fps. I would gladly pay $30-40 for this app if it was 16:9 ratio and provided higher resolutions such as 640×360, 854×480, 960×540, 1024×576, or 1280×720, etc. Oh and please add focus and exposure lock controls. And possibly automatic and manual white balance settings. 640x360 minimum resolution highly desired. Im giving this 4 stars for now till I have time to use it more. I think the developer is on to something good.
I was a little hesitant to buy this app. After installing it on my iPad iPhone and my computer, I was 100% satisfied!!! The set up was very easy and it has a crystal clear video feed. You will not be disappointed.
Some bad moments
This app doesnt work anymore, it has become obsolete, as well as the app wont even let you touch any icons, or use your phone while it is open.
Do not waste your money. The driver does not work. No one responds to support emails either.
Doesnt work at all, dont buy this if this is your reason for it.
I download the drivers and everything but my pc doesnt even recognize the program on my computer..ridiculous I want my money back.
The app has a nice appearance. However, I could get it to work.
Does not work! Please refund me! Loaded drivers on laptop. I could not get it to open. The program wouldnt open. It kept telling me to reboot. I was on the same network, did all of the troubleshooting, etc. please refund!
